1. Our store only provides flower delivery service in Hong Kong. For overseas flower delivery services, please contact us and we will provide it to local service providers.

2. All prices are calculated in Hong Kong dollars - HK$.

3. The office hours of this website are from 9 am to 7 pm.

4. The store will confirm the order by phone/email/Whatsapp on the same day after receiving the order. If there is no reply within 24 hours, please call Inquiries about our store.

5. All bouquets and flower baskets take time to make. If the customer requires delivery within two days and the style ordered is not available on the same day, we can styles (please see the same-day flower ordering page for details), we may not be able to deliver within the time selected by the customer.
i. Special surcharges may be charged for special urgent delivery orders (eg. delivery within 4-8 hours on the same day). Please contact customer service for details.

The collection company has charged a handling fee (~5%) which cannot be refunded to the customer, so for urgent orders, please contact us before placing an order for better arrangements.

6. Change the flower delivery date or delivery time:
If you need to change the flower delivery date or delivery time of your ordered flowers or fruit products, material or delivery fees may be charged for changing the order.
A: Orders delayed for delivery within two days:
If a customer is unable to deliver flowers on the day due to an emergency but can deliver them within one or two days, please notify us three hours before the delivery time of the day. We can generally reserve the order for the customer and then deliver it within two days. If the product is already being delivered, the undeliverable product will be returned to our store or factory. If re-delivery is required, the shipping fee will be charged according to the market price.
B: Orders that need to be delayed for more than two days:
If the delivery date needs to be changed for any reason (such as event rescheduling) and needs to be postponed for more than two days.
i. If notified two working days in advance (for special material products* or materials ordered more than one week ago), we will charge up to 30% of the original price* of the flower for the materials.
ii. If notified before 7:30 pm the day before delivery or pickup, we may charge up to 50% of the original price of the product * for materials and surcharges.
iii. If notified on the day of delivery, we may not be able to change the delivery date of the order as the product has already been prepared. The products will be kept at the factory or store, and customers can pick them up within two days. If the product is already being delivered, the undeliverable product may be returned to our store or factory. If re-delivery is required, the shipping fee will be charged according to the market price.
iiii. If the delivery address time is required on the day of delivery, additional freight will be charged, and the freight will be based on the market price.

7. If you need to change the greeting card of the flower basket or the thoughtful card of the bouquet, please make it at least two working days before the delivery date. Change. Multiple changes or emergency modifications will incur additional charges, as follows.
i. We will check the layout of the flower basket greeting card with the customer first. If an error is found after checking, the customer can make a change. If you have any requirements, please submit it to our customer service when making the change. If the customer is still not satisfied with the greeting card layout, the customer can provide us with an A3 size Jpg file for printing.

ii. After the greeting card is confirmed, it will be handed over to printing. If you need to change it again, we may need to charge $20 for reprinting, which is inconvenient. Please forgive me.
iii. We will print out the greeting card according to the guest's words, and generally we will not check it with the guest. If you need to check, you can also contact us.
iv. The card will be printed one day before shipment. If you need to make changes, please do so two working days before shipment. For urgent changes, we may charge a $20 reprinting fee.

8. If you need to change the style of the product you ordered, please contact us for assistance first, and we will decide whether to make the change based on the situation. As for flower products, we usually reserve flower materials immediately after receiving the order. Generally, we do not recommend that customers change the style after ordering the product. It may be necessary to calculate additional flower material costs (the flower material cost is usually the original price of the bouquet). 30%).

9. 13. Each of our floral products will be hand-delivered by dedicated personnel and vehicles. Flower baskets, decorations and other large-scale flowers will be photographed for guests' records after being delivered to the site. For products that are relatively small, such as bouquets, or are delivered directly to the recipient, the recipient can check them on the spot, and we also make sure to take photos for the customer before sending them out.

14. Our delivery time may be adjusted appropriately according to different venuesIt may be delivered at an appropriate time in advance without further notice.

15. If the flower products have entered the preparation stage (usually three working days, especially flower products Or ordered one week agoMaterials), 50% or more of the fee will be deducted for order cancellation, deliveryOr cancellation cannot be made on the day of pickup.

16. Flowers may be in short supply due to seasonality. The store will replace non-main flower materials with seasonal flowers without further notice.

Discounts and prices

1. The price of all discount offers is based on the order placed on the website. If you have any questions, you can ask our staff.

2. The discount provided by entering the discount code cannot be used repeatedly, and only one discount code can be used at a time.

3. The discounts or prices on the website will change according to time. The price is subject to the moment of ordering. We will not change the price if it changes. The difference will be charged or made up.


4. Special holidays such as Products sent out on Valentine's Day, Lunar New Year or Mother's Day will have special holiday page styles available for ordering. Ordinary styles may not be available during special holiday times.
