You need to contact the guest service department at 35503388 in advance and inquire with them about the details of the proposal bouquet storage.
Currently, the guest service department only accepts wedding proposal bouquets that have been pre-arranged. All bouquets that have not been contacted in advance will be rejected. If Guest Services refuses to collect the flowers, we will have absolutely no chance of placing the bouquets anywhere in the park.
The temporary storage space in Disneyland can only provide direct storage for tourists. You need to hand in the voucher when picking up the voucher. We cannot hand the voucher to the customer through the air, so we absolutely cannot use their storage space.

Metro station or no fixed location
We generally do not recommend that customers choose an unfixed location for delivery because it is difficult to accurately estimate the arrival time. If you must deliver at this type of location, we recommend choosing delivery at a designated time ($60) and arriving 15 minutes early on the day to wait for the deliveryman. If the customer does not arrive within the time limit, the deliveryman can only wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the customer exceeds that time, the delivery may be treated as delivered. Especially for graduates, it is best to choose our service of delivering to your residence one night in advance. Do you deliver to all places?
Our delivery service basically covers the entire Hong Kong. As long as there are roads and parking spaces, we can provide you with delivery services. However, please note that delivery services are not available at the following locations ：
1) New Territories area of restricted area
2) Country parks without road coverage or where vehicles are prohibited from entering
3) Outlying islands with no road access
If the delivery location is remote and difficult to find, we will call the recipient to make an appointment to wait at a landmark at the entrance of the village (such as the village hall, power station), and additional fees will be charged depending on the situation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
How long does delivery generally take?
Normally, orders need to be placed at least 48 hours before delivery. We need time to prepare the freshest flowers and arrange delivery.
However, in emergencies, we also accept same-day orders.
Same-day orders need to be arranged at least 4-5 hours in advance (you need to contact us before placing an order, and the delivery location is preferably near our store). If you need delivery before 8pm on the same day, it is best to place your order before noon and contact us in advance.
Moreover, since flower materials generally take two days to prepare, you may not be able to find the corresponding flowers when ordering on the same day, so they may not be fresh or of good quality. The earlier you order your floral products, the fresher the flowers will be on the market. So we recommend customers to place their orders as soon as possible. Especially flowers imported from foreign countries such as the Netherlands/Kenya need to be ordered at least 3-5 days in advance.
